Communion If you or a member of your family is confined to home/hospital/nursing home facilities and wish to receive Communion, please notify the parish office at 829-2197. One of the priests, a deacon or a Eucharistic Minister will bring you Communion. If you or a family member enters the hospital and would like a visit from one of the priests or a deacon, please notify the parish office. The hospitals do not notify the church because of privacy acts.
